“FREEDOMS REFRAMED” TCAT Mobile Art Studio at William Trent House, July 8th (EVENT)

On July 8th, 2026, the 1719 William Trent House Museum will be hosting a special "Heritage Week" event as part of Trenton’s 250th birthday celebration of the United States.

The main events at the Trent House on July 8th include:

  • Exhibition: The Freedoms Reframed: Art on the Edges of the Constitution exhibition will be on display. Co-presented with Art Against Racism, this gallery highlights fundamental human rights and social freedoms.

  • Historical Event: At 4:00 PM, the site will host a public reading and discussion titled "What to the Slave is the Fourth of July?"

The museum grounds are located at 15 Market Street, Trenton, NJ.
